Fees are based on the square footage of your new home.  Our reasonable rates start at $225 for a house up to 1200 square feet, including the whole house, garage, and grounds.  Please contact us to receive your customized quote.

We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card and Discover at the time of the inspection or we can bill you for payment at closing.
